St. Stephen's School is a non-denominational, co-educational, international boarding and day school, enrolling students from age 14-19 in grades 9-12 and for a postgraduate year.

Founded in 1964, St. Stephen's provides a demanding classical and liberal arts college-preparatory curriculum. We offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program in grades 11 and 12, as well as the American High School Diploma and a selection of Advanced Placement examinations.

The IB at St. Stephen's

In January 2015, St Stephen’s celebrates forty years of the IB!
In 1975, St Stephen’s became the first school in Italy to offer the International Baccalaureate program and this past May celebrated the best IB scores in the School’s history with three students earning perfect scores of 45 points. The St. Stephen's School 2015 Arts & Humanities summer program is now open for enrollment!
Encouraging a harmonious balance of intellect and creativity, the Arts & Humanities Summer Program at St. Stephen's School offers students the opportunity to explore both academically and artistically in a program tailored to their individual interests and talents. Students in this program are enrolled in one core course, a language class (either Italian or Latin), and one or more elective courses. The two-week Arts & Humanities program will run from June 28 - July 11.

If you have time on Tuesday, December 16th, please stop by the Cultural Center for the Finissage of Nina Eaton's show "Neck of the Woods" from 5-7pm. Nina Eaton is the mother of St Stephen's 11th grader Sylvie Dumont.
