Alumni Recognition Award

St. Stephen’s alumni/ae are doing amazing things around the globe!
Their noteworthy and significant contributions have an important impact on society, and their efforts to advance the common good serve as an inspiration to others.

To celebrate the accomplishments of our alumni, St. Stephen’s and the Alumni Relations Office have launched an Alumni Relations Award. This award is the highest honor the School can bestow upon an alumnus/a in recognition of his or her achievements.

Submission/Nomination

The process for nomination is as follows:

  • Submissions are due by December 1, 2017.
  • Please submit a detailed account of the nominee’s accomplishments after graduation/attendance at St. Stephen’s including how the nominee meets the eligibility requirements. Other relevant information may include:
  • College degrees and honors
  • Contribution to society in terms of talent, leadership and/or development of new programs, equipment, methodologies or human resource
  • Continued commitment to St. Stephen’s community
  • Describe whether the nominee has authored papers, books, or other publications
  • Describe how the nominee has been recognized on a local, regional, national or international level for his/her accomplishments

ALUMNI RECOGNITION AWARD WINNER 2017

Frequency of Award
The award will be issued at the discretion of the Selecting Committee, but no more frequently than once a year.

Selecting Body
The selection committee includes, but is not limited to, the Chair of the Board of Trustees, the Head of School, and Chairs of the Development and Alumni Affairs committees.

Award Presentation and Ceremony
The award will be presented at the Annual General meeting in Rome (or alternatively at one of the traditionally held receptions).
