Trips at St Stephen's offer incredible variety. Students can experience horseback riding or trekking, yoga and meditation, participate in cooking and crafts classes, attend historical lectures, take drumming lessons...and even scuba diving. Boarders and day students are seen here preparing to dive off the coast of Elba. For more photos from this trip and others, make sure you check out our social media links by clicking here.
One great aspect about school trips is that these experiences also provide an excellent opportunity for students to interact with and learn from one other and form bonds that will stay with them long after they graduate from St. Stephen's.
St Stephen's School fall trips are underway! This year, no fewer than fifteen groups headed out to various regions of the country over a three-day period to experience some of the cultural variety that Italy has to offer. Here's one of our groups getting a chance to prepare vegan meals at the enchanting Villa Pia.
Trips are an integral part of a St Stephen's education as they underscore our values as a School community, our integrity in how we interact with each other and the world at large, and our care for one another. Trips also give our students a sense of independence and allow them to express their creativity in new ways.
Fall trips are so important to us as a school. It is not only a tradition that spans the School's fifty-two year history, it is part of our Signature Program offering. We firmly believe that St Stephen's students should experience the diverse cultural and regional specialties that Italy has to offer.
In the fall,, we venture all throughout Italy. Here is one of our groups in Molise. Check out our social media pages for photo albums from some of our other trip destinations!
